World University Ranking 2015  

 

Singapore is once again delighted to know that two of our universities are in the list of the recently released World University Ranking by a London-based education consultancy group – Quacquarelly Symonds (QS).

Here is the list of the top universities in the world:

14. Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne

16. John Hopkins University

17. Cornell University

18. University of Pennsylvania

19. Kings College London

20. The Australian University

21. The University of Edinburgh

22. Columbia University

23. Ecole Normale Superiure

24. McGill University

25. Tsinghua University

The list goes on. If we notice, most of the schools or universities are from America or London but it doesn’t mean that we are far from them. We have to be proud that we are in the list. NUS is now at the 12^th spot up from 22^nd last year. NTU on the other hand is now at the 13^th spot up from 39^th last year. Every year, there is a big leap, who knows where it can take it next year?
